Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Odoo implementation.
  • System Configuration: Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR) to align with client processes.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration from existing systems to Odoo, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the Odoo system.
  • Project Management: Manage implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during implementation, offering technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Odoo Implementor or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Odoo modules and functionalities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo configuration and customization. Knowledge of Python and XML is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Project Management: Experience managing implementation projects, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Fees Per Project: Competitive fees based on the scope and complexity of each project.
  • Commission: Earn additional commission based on client satisfaction, project success, and upselling opportunities.
