Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and business process mapping to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for technical teams.
• ERP Systems
  • Analyze requirements for ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
  • Support ERP customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Assist in data migration, validation, and ERP testing.
• Mobile Applications
  • Gather requirements for mobile app features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure mobile solutions align with user experience goals.
  • Validate app features and performance against business requirements.
• Project Delivery Support
  • Partner with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
  • Prepare test cases, UAT scripts, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, workflows, API specs).
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary link between business and technical teams.
  • Provide clear communication, progress updates, and risk analysis to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP and mobile app projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
• Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle (iOS/Android) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Technical awareness of databases, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
